The Hamilton and District Cricket Association has selected its initial 37-man squad for Melbourne Country Week to be played from February 17 to 22.
Playing in division three coach Nic Cullinane and the selectors will whittle the squad down in the coming weeks taking in form and availability.
Grampians have the most players named with seven while Hamilton and Pigeon Ponds both have six.
The final team of 13 will be named at the end of November before training begins.
Earlier in the year Hamilton lost all games played at Melbourne Country Week prompting Cullinane to take the reins searching for success with the Hamilton association once again.
